Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following content and conduct are prohibited on BeAnon and may result in enforcement action:

Reporting System

Every user plays a role in keeping BeAnon safe. You can report profiles, chats, messages, or media from within the app.

Enforcement Actions

When a violation is confirmed, we take action proportional to the severity of the offense:

🗑
Content Removal

Offending messages or media are taken down immediately upon confirmation.

Temporary Ban

The user's access is suspended for a set period based on the violation.

Permanent Ban

Repeat or severe violations result in permanent removal from the platform.

Depending on the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Moderation Approach

We use a combination of automated signals and human review to identify and act on policy violations.

ℹ️
BeAnon does not generally pre-screen or actively monitor every private conversation. Review is limited to what is reported, flagged, required for safety, required for enforcement, or required by law.

Response Time

All reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Critical safety issues — such as threats of violence or child exploitation — are prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible.

Law Enforcement

Serious harm, CSAM, sexual exploitation, threats, terrorism, fraud, or other unlawful conduct may be escalated, preserved, and disclosed where required by valid legal process or otherwise permitted under applicable law. We may cooperate with authorities and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary.
