Service Overview

BeAnon is an anonymous one-to-one communication platform operated by RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in India. The service enables users to communicate privately without revealing their real-world identity. No name, phone number, or email address is required to use BeAnon by default.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use BeAnon Use of the service by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

By using BeAnon, you also represent that you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and that you are not barred from receiving services under any applicable laws.

Anonymity & Account Access

BeAnon is built to be privacy-first. Your account is created automatically and linked to your device's unique identifier — no registration, username, or password is required by default. BeAnon protects your public identity from other users.

However, you must not assume absolute anonymity from BeAnon, our service providers, or lawful authorities. We collect and process limited technical, account, chat, safety, moderation, and service data to operate the app, prevent abuse, investigate reports, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. You are responsible for activity that occurs on your device and account, and we may restrict account recovery if ownership cannot be verified.

How Your Account Works

• No name, phone number, or email is collected or required.
• Your account is tied to your physical device by default.
• Your anonymous identity is preserved throughout all interactions.
• You may optionally link a Google account solely to enable cross-device account recovery.

Optional Google Account Linking

Google account linking is entirely optional and not required to use BeAnon It exists only as a recovery mechanism if you change or lose your device.

• Google linking does not change your anonymous identity within the app.
• If you link a Google account, basic profile information (name, email) is stored solely to identify the recovery link — it is not displayed to other users.
• If you do not link a Google account and lose access to your device, your account cannot be recovered. BeAnon is not responsible for any loss of access, chats, or contacts in such circumstances.

User Content & Messages

BeAnon does not currently offer end-to-end encryption. Data is encrypted in transit using standard transport security, but you should not assume that BeAnon, its service providers, or lawful authorities are unable to access message content. Chat messages and media may be stored and processed where necessary to provide the service and for safety, moderation, continuity, legal compliance, backups, and operational purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you create and send. By using BeAnon, you grant RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, moderate, remove, retain, and use your content only as needed to operate the app, enforce our rules, investigate reports, improve safety, and comply with law.

User Conduct

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use BeAnon only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rights and dignity of other users.

BeAnon permits adult conversations between consenting users aged 18 and above, within the bounds of applicable law and these Terms. You bear full personal responsibility for the nature of conversations you initiate or participate in. Content may be stored, reviewed where reported or flagged, and acted upon in line with our Community Guidelines and Content Moderation Policy.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features of BeAnon may require a paid subscription when paid features and BeAnon's official store listings become available. Pricing and feature details are clearly displayed before any purchase is initiated.

• When available, payments are processed through platform providers (Apple App Store / Google Play). BeAnon does not directly handle or store payment card information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your respective platform's account settings.
• Subscription benefits, pricing, and included features may change over time. We will notify you of material changes.
• No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law or the respective platform's refund policy.
• Loss of device access, account deletion, or inability to access BeAnon does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

Enforcement & Termination

BeAnon reserves the right to investigate reported violations and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily restricting or suspending access to the service
• Permanently banning your device from accessing BeAnon
• Removing or restricting specific content or features
• Reporting conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities

We may take such action without prior notice and are not obligated to provide an explanation for any enforcement decision. The exercise of our enforcement rights in one instance does not waive our right to take action in future instances.

You may stop using BeAnon at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app option (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is subject to limits described in our Data Deletion Policy.

Monitoring & Moderation

BeAnon does not generally pre-screen or actively monitor every private conversation, and we do not guarantee that we will detect every violation. Our moderation is largely reactive and risk-based:

• We may review content that is reported, flagged, required for safety, required for enforcement, or required by law.
• We may use automated signals and human review to detect and act on abuse, spam, fraud, and safety risks.
• Reported or flagged content and related evidence may be preserved and reviewed.

You use the service at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for all interactions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BeAnon is not liable for the conduct of other users or for content exchanged between users. Third-Party Services

BeAnon relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate, including but not limited to:

• Google Play Services — for push notifications and, once published, app distribution on Android
• Apple App Store / APNs — for push notifications and, once published, app distribution on iOS
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for server hosting and data storage

BeAnon is not responsible for outages, data breaches, service failures, or changes in policy of any third-party provider. Your use of third-party services integrated with BeAnon is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The BeAnon application, including its design, code, graphics, brand, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the BeAnon application for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of BeAnon without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeAnon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

No system of electronic data transmission or storage is entirely secure. While we use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit or at rest.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of BeAnon, including:

• Loss of messages, data, or content
• Loss of account access due to device loss or damage
• Harm resulting from user-generated content or interactions with other users
• Misuse of the service by you or any third party
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Unauthorised access to your account or communications

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Your use of BeAnon is entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of BeAnon
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any content you transmit or store through the service

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, you agree that the courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under local law.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you through the app.

Your continued use of BeAnon following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
