Feedback & Suggestions

Got an idea that would make BeAnon better? We're all ears. We read every single message — though we might not be able to reply to each one individually.

Because BeAnon is anonymous by default and device-based, there are some things support may not be able to do. Reports and safety issues may be reviewed according to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Moderation Policy.

Identify, recover, or verify every account. Because accounts are anonymous and device-based, support may not always be able to identify, recover, or verify an account. We also cannot promise to retrieve deleted or inaccessible chats.

Recover accounts without Google linking. Because BeAnon does not require your real-world identity, we may be unable to verify ownership of an anonymous, device-based account. If you didn't link Google before losing your phone, the account may not be recoverable.

Delete your account over email. We can't verify you own an account just from an email. You'll need to delete it from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account).

Reveal another user's identity to you. We protect every user's public identity from other users and do not share it with other members. Information may still be disclosed where required by law or valid legal process, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Handle refunds. Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through App Store or Google Play billing when BeAnon's official store listings and paid features become available — not by us directly. You'd contact them for billing disputes.

Response Times

We try to get back to everyone within 24–48 hours on business days. Safety and abuse reports always jump to the front of the queue. We're a small team doing our best — thanks for being patient with us.
